Questions
A senior lead owns your engagement from the first call, and senior specialists do the work. On larger programmes each workstream has its own lead, and nothing is handed down to a junior-only team.
Any stage. We start from an idea, join a build in progress, take over code another team wrote, or scale a system that is already live. The first step is always an honest read of where things stand.
Yes. Every practice has a post-launch step: monitoring, support, upgrades and new features for engineering; live tuning of token economies; ongoing community and channels for growth; account expansion and team handover for BD and sales.
Yes. Each workstream has its own senior lead, and one accountable lead coordinates the programme as a whole, so scale doesn't come at the cost of seniority.
After discovery. Once we understand the complexity, the delivery requirements and which engagement model suits you (a project, a dedicated team or a longer partnership), we scope the commercial terms.
We've shipped on Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, Polygon and others. We also work with Arbitrum, Optimism, Cosmos SDK, Substrate and Polkadot, and Internet Computer canisters. Day to day that means Solidity, Rust, Move, Aiken and Plutus on-chain, and Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Go, PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB around it.
No. We work across AI and Web3, and besides engineering we run product and tokenomics, growth and marketing (including KOL and community), and BD, sales and partnerships (including lead generation, outbound, sales operations and affiliate programmes). Some clients use one practice, some combine them.
We work with teams in the US, Europe, APAC and the Middle East, and our team works across those hours. Working channels between your team and ours are agreed at kickoff.
You get a week-by-week plan at the start and a written status every week after that, backed by evidence you can check: builds, dashboards or pipeline data. Your leadership reviews progress with ours, your team works with ours day to day, and there is an agreed path for any decision that needs escalating.
No. We design token economies alongside your legal counsel, and anything to do with listings, tokens or investor communications is reviewed with them.
