How we work

Bring us in at any stage. We answer for everything after.

We join wherever you are, from a first sketch to a live system that needs to scale. We own delivery from that point, and you see progress every week instead of at the end.

The steps

engineering

How a project runs with us.

  1. Step 1

    Intake & context

Before any design work, we go through your vision, roadmap, documentation, codebase, constraints and business objectives.

  2. Step 2

    Discovery & architecture

Research, system design and protocol modelling, plus planning for security and the AI and data layers.

  3. Step 3

    Execution

Code-first delivery against weekly milestones. You hear from us continuously and can watch progress live.

  4. Step 4

    QA, security & launch

Testing, audit preparation, deployment and a production handover your team can run from.

  5. Step 5

    Run, support & scale

After launch we stay on: monitoring, incident response, upgrades, performance and cost tuning, and the next features. For AI systems, evaluations rerun on every model or data change.

The other practices follow the same shape with their own steps:

Product & Tokenomics
  1. 1Discover
  2. 2Validate
  3. 3Design
  4. 4Stress-test & hand off
  5. 5Launch & tune
Growth & Marketing
  1. 1Audit & positioning
  2. 2Growth plan
  3. 3Launch & operate
  4. 4Measure & compound
  5. 5Sustain & scale
BD, Sales & Partnerships
  1. 1Diagnostic
  2. 2GTM & BD plan
  3. 3Execute
  4. 4Review & scale

What ships

every engagement

What you see each week, and what stays with you.

PracticeEvery weekYours to keep
Engineering
  • Weekly deliverables
  • Verifiable weekly status
  • A named engagement lead
Clear boundaries and as little complexity as we can manage, so your team can own the system after we leave.
Product & Tokenomics
  • Weekly working sessions
  • Decision log
  • A named engagement lead
Strategy memo, MVP scope & roadmap, Competitive positioning, Tokenomics model, Scenario simulations, Token design paper input, Governance framework, Treasury policy, Decentralisation path, Architecture blueprint, Chain & stack decision, Launch plan
Growth & Marketing
  • Weekly growth report
  • Shared dashboard
  • A named growth lead
Channels, audiences, data and content stay with you.
BD, Sales & Partnerships
  • Weekly pipeline report
  • You own the CRM
  • A named BD lead
Contacts, CRM data and relationships belong to you.

Principles

engineering

Senior people own the quality of every build.

  • Security & correctness

This matters most in cryptography and in code that holds value, where a mistake can't be undone.

  • Maintainable architectures

Clear boundaries and as little complexity as we can manage, so your team can own the system after we leave.

  • Predictable delivery

You get a week-by-week plan and can check progress against it whenever you like.

  • Senior ownership

Every engagement is led by senior people who own the outcome, whatever stage we join at, through launch and support.

Leadership to leadership. Team to team.

  • A named, accountable lead

One senior person owns delivery and the relationship, from the first call to launch.

  • Verifiable weekly status

Written status against the plan every week, with the evidence behind it.

  • Governance sized to the programme

A weekly review for a focused build; a steering cadence, workstream leads and a documented escalation path for a large programme.

  • Team-to-team channels

Your people work directly with ours through channels agreed at kickoff.

How we report

across all four practices

We keep the easy numbers apart from the real ones.

Every report shows the starting number, the date range and what was actually measured. A few pairs we never blur:

Engineering

  • A working demois nota system in production

We call it done when it's deployed, monitored and handed over, with support after launch.

  • An AI accuracy scoreis nota result

Every AI feature ships with a defined evaluation set and a before-and-after score you can rerun yourself.

Product & Tokenomics

  • Simulated or testnet volumeis notTVL or revenue

Simulations tell us where an economy breaks. They aren't money at risk, and we don't present them as if they were.

  • Token priceis nota working economy

We judge a design on usage, fee flows and retention. We don't make price predictions.

Growth & Marketing

  • Impressionsis notusers

Reach earns the first look. We report it, but we judge the work on active users and funded wallets.

  • App installsis notfunded wallets

An install is one step of the funnel. We track through to a wallet connect and a first transaction.

BD, Sales & Partnerships

  • Pipelineis notclosed revenue

We report qualified pipeline and closed deals separately, with the stage definitions agreed before outreach starts.

  • Partner-influencedis notpartner-sourced

A partner who helped a deal isn't the same as a partner who brought it. We label each one.

Refusals

Four lines we don't cross.

  1. Engineering

We don't hand projects to junior-only teams.

Senior engineers lead, design and build every engagement, and stay on it through launch and after.

  2. Product & Tokenomics

We won't recommend a token just for the sake of having one.

We start from the business. If a token, a chain or a DAO doesn't serve your model, our recommendation will say so.

  3. Growth & Marketing

We don't use bots, fake followers or bought engagement.

Every number we report is real. Fake metrics damage your standing with exchanges, investors and users, so we never use them.

  4. BD, Sales & Partnerships

We don't guarantee listings or make pay-to-play promises.

Nobody credible can guarantee a listing. We get you ready, open the right conversations and represent you honestly.

Engagement

engineering

We pick the engagement model to fit the problem.

Dedicated engineering
A senior team embedded in your roadmap for the long run.
Project-based delivery
A defined scope, from architecture to production launch.
Architecture & advisory
System design, technical due diligence and CTO-level guidance.
Protocol engineering
Smart contracts, on-chain mechanics and getting you ready for audit.
Support & scale retainer
Monitoring, incident response, upgrades and new features after launch, on agreed response times.

We set commercial terms after technical discovery, based on complexity, delivery requirements and the engagement model.

Each practice scopes its own engagement models: Product & Tokenomics, Growth & Marketing, BD, Sales & Partnerships.
